    There's this time of the year that many seniors and juniors look forward to. Okay, I mean mostly girls look forward to. Prom can be a fun night, but all worth a very big price. That's one of the reasons I don't like prom. You look online, and dresses can range from $150 to more than a couple thousand dollars. When you add in the prom ticket, shoes, dinner, photography, and sometimes the Limo ride it all adds up to a very large sum, often around $500 or more. Yikes. And all that for one night? On top of the very hefty cost for prom, school hosted dancing these days is dirty, to put it nicely... 'Grinding' in my opinion is not dancing. I feel it is just a substitute for those that don't know how to dance, and us high schoolers really seem to not know how to dance. However, spending one last night together with friends and having fun before heading off our separate ways could still be worth it despite the price and dancing skills.
